Please carefully review the following important information regarding pre-surgery requirements, travel arrangements, and post surgery care. • Blood tests must be no older than 30 days. • A CRP test should also be included. • Imaging diagnostics and cardiac assessments must be no older than 3 months at the time of submission. • We cannot proceed with surgery for patients whose BMI exceeds 40. • Patients with an active ulcer or wound on lower limbs are not eligible for large joint arthroplasty. • As per our surgical protocol, patients must arrive at our hospital at least 2 days prior to the surgery date for preliminary checks (which are included in your package). Once we have your details we may get in contact to specify additional tailored investigations.
